Therapy is an incredible experience but sometimes we need a few more people to say, “I get it” for us to feel fully known; we find a community in these moments that individual therapy cannot provide. When you participate in a group, you have the opportunity to grow and learn, and inspire the same in others. As a group facilitator, I create purposeful spaces and experiences for my clients to feel known and encouraged, not just by me, but also by their co-participants. Workshops are short-term intensives that provide both information and experiences that support client’s work in a new way. If you’re curious about a certain topic of experience, but don’t necessarily have the time to commit to a group, a workshop can be a great place to start. As a facilitator, my workshops are designed to get the conversation going and offer options for further support in their individual journey.
